I am now offering a service as a retired solicitor which has two separate components. 

The first component continues my previous practice of advising upon, drafting and negotiating of construction industry contracts.

The second component is a dispute avoidance practice, namely to resolve problems and disagreements before they get as far as legal proceedings.  At that stage they get difficult to resolve and more costly.  As well as invoking legal remedies I engage with all the parties involved in an attempt to find a solution acceptable to the client of the problem that has arisen.

Such a role calls on my experience gained as a solicitor/mediator where I learned the need for attention to detail and diplomacy in the conduct of negotiations.

My services are available whatever the size of the problem, whether large or small.  Where there is a problem I believe there is always a potential solution.

Since I am working from my home in Wimbledon, this is likely to appeal to people living within Greater London

Fees

Following an initial consultation which is free, fees are agreed at an hourly rate which is  proportionate to the size and complexity of the issue.
